TNT Ramen opened in 2025 with the goal of bringing thoughtful, handmade ramen to Chicago’s Southeast Side.


We are a restaurant rooted in process, curiosity, and hospitality. We make noodles in-house, develop seasonal specials, collaborate with local growers, and continue refining the restaurant through small details and daily repetition.


Our team brings together backgrounds in food, design, hospitality, and operations, shaped by both professional experience and deep neighborhood roots. What began as a shared desire to build something meaningful has grown into South Chicago’s first ramen shop.


More than just a ramen shop, TNT is shaped by the cooks, artists, neighbors, regulars, and friends who make the space what it is.
